How do I create/manage user roles?


 

 

Navigate to Data⇒HR⇒User Role

 

To create a new user role click on the New button.

Enter the new Role Template Name. The default setting for a new template is for all functionality to be disabled.

To amend an existing User Role, select the Role from the list on the left.

NOTE - Please note that any changes made to an existing User Role will affect all users associated with that role.

Select the relevant screens to be available to those Users associated with the User Role by clicking the Enabled button for individual sub menus...

... or an entire menu can be enabled by selecting the menu Enabled button (those with a darker blue background) this will enable access to everything within the module below it.

 

 

When complete, click the Save button.

 

 

New User Roles can now be associated with the Users. Changes to an existing User Roles will take effect the next time Users log in
