How is the SLA date calculated?


 

 

1. The SLA date is calculated buy the customer ranking different lead times can be set depending on the ranking of that customer, the SLA lead time is the time it will take from loading the sales order to despatching the job.

 

1.1 First you must set up the SLA lead times against each customer rank there are 5 in total so 5 different SLA lead times can be set (SLA lead times are working days).

 

1.2 Navigate to Data Planning Buffer Time.

1.3 There you will find the below screen.
1.4 Here you can set up the SLA lead times against each rank then click save.

2. Once the SLA lead times have been set you need to set the ranking for each customer.

2.1 Navigate to Data, organisation, customer.

2.2 In customer list double click the customer you want to change the ranking on.

2.3 This will open the customer and you can change the customer ranking.

2.4 To make the change click on white circle and the black dot will move.

2.5 When you change the ranking you will see the SLA lead time change on the same page below under SLA lead time.

 

3. You must now set the customer to use the SLA lead time instead of the default 7 working days. Example when set to default. To finish, press SAVE.

3.1 Now click save to confirm changes.
